AC&S UK core business units include the full suite of Computer Based Training Services. We have provided Training Solutions ranging from Fully Interactive Simulation through to Classroom Based Lesson plans, and have the skilled experts with the hands on experience necessary to fully understand the operational Training Needs Analysis requirements of the course objectives, plus the needs and abilities of the trainees. By combining this expert experience with excellent graphical and computer skills, technical authoring, and fully trained lecturing professionals, AC&S can produce bespoke training for all requirements. The cost savings over traditional methods is measurable, along with improvements in learning retention, flexibility of delivery, and distance learning. Recent successes have included fully interactive maintenance training, and First Officer CBT for procedural and operational training. We employ the latest generation of software tools to provide interactive simulation, including Flash, Xerte, Java and Authorware, in addition to web tools such as PHP, ASP, SQL and Javascript.
